Tortilla is committed to ensuring your privacy. Your files and emails are your data, and only accessed with your express permission and only for the purpose intended. Your details will not be revealed to anyone else (except if required by the law of England and Wales) and your identity or usage of our services will always be private.

Additionally, where relevant (eg. ordering domain names), we offer additional privacy services to substitute addresses and emails on the public register, both for spam reduction purposes and general privacy.


We are based in the UK and abide by the provisions Data Protection Act, specifically ensuring that data is secure, only available to relevant parties and only for the purpose given. That means we don't sell your details to other companies, ensure that your personal data is kept securely.

Clients are welcome to see a copy of the data we hold at any time, just by raising a support ticket. However this data can also be seen by logging into your account, and altered as needed. This includes email preferences, names, contact details, additional account holders, etc.

Data stored is limited to the essential information needed to manage services, which is typically:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address (different to one we provide)
  • Postal Address
  • Phone Number
  • Billing Address (if different)
We do not store any payment details; this is handled by PayPal for cards, or GoCardless in the case of Direct Debits.


This website sets two sets of cookies, a session cookie to allow you to login and out of your account, as well as make purchases; and Google Analytics for general demographic purposes. That is, We do not hold any personally-identifiable data on those browsing this site, only collecting general demographic data to improve its pages.
