While email is best setup on a device directly, eg. connecting in via Outlook, Mac Mail, the mail app on your phone or tablet, you can also get to your email (if you are on Standard Hosting) by going to https://www.tortillamail.com
This is especially helpful during the migration process but also as a backup and for trouble-shooting purposes.
What you see via webamil IS what is on the email server, so if your device doesn't mirror this then we can investigate more clearly from there. A good example is that you may have folders only on your computer and not in the mailbox so they don't show up on other devices - looking at webmail will tell you if they are on the server or not.
Password Reset
Webmail is one of the easier places to reset your password, though you can of course also do this through your Control Panel (accessible from yoru account).
On Desktop:
- login to webmail first
- click on 'Settings' with the spanner at the top-right
- choose 'Password' from the left
- put in your current password and then the new one twice and click 'Save'
On Mobile:
- click the menu (the 3 bars at the top left)
- choose settings
- click the toggle icon (looks a bit like a switch) which is next to the 3 bars at the top-right
- choose 'Password' from the left
- put in your current password and then the new one twice and click 'Save'
