How we're helping

As a hosting company, we realise the importance of information and your need to communicate with your clients, customers, congregations, etc. So we're focussed on ensuring your website stays up, emails work and support when needed.

For example:

  • Sorting out Sutton Foodbank's email accounts when a problem arose
  • Ensuring Lewisham Local's website as a key source of advice will keep running as its traffic grows

Reliability

Your website is backed up and we deliberately use a number of providers, including:

  • 5 different data centres from different companies and locations
  • 5 different domain-name (web addresses) wholesalers

Also our team is setup to work remotely, indeed always has been, so other than self-isolation and following NHS advice we don't need to make any changes to our working practices. Everyone's contracts will remain unchanged too.

Support

If you need support, the best place to start is raising a support ticket. We can also arrange a phonecall if needed. Please be patient as we may need to prioritise urgent needs.

Emergencies

If you or someone you know is having a hosting problem, for example with another provider where something has gone wrong, let us know as we may be able to help. This is somewhat of a speciality 'rescuing' websites where something has happened.

Extended Credit Periods & Late Fees

We'll waive all late fees on invoices overdue since March 1st 2020 and if you need more time to pay then just let ask and we will be happy to extend it.

Promoting you

This is a difficult time to be a business, charity or self-employed. If you are able to offer your services or need help then let us know and we will happily promote our clients in a newsletter and on social media.
